Neither, use what makes sense for you in your situation as that’s all that matters anyway. I haven’t used Windows in some 7 years, but I am sure it works fine. Especially since there is the whole Windows Subsystem Linux thing :P

There isn’t a ‘best’ operating system; there is only the right operating system for your needs

literally the only reason I use windows is because of its compatibility, and because Linux has so many versions and (I believe) is a bit hard to install, because again, it has so many versions and variants. Windows also seems to be more reliable and just more of a good choice because it is managed by thousands of professionals in the industry, providing fixes and extra settings.
But that’s subjective. Soo just choose what works well for you. Its either customisability or reliability, sorta like Android vs. IOS. (proud android user ;D)
