Linux kernel 6.19.1 was quickly replaced by 6.19.2 after causing boot failures on some systems. The issue stemmed from an improperly backported patch that wasn't ready for stable release. Multiple LTS kernel versions (6.18.12, 6.12.73, and 6.6.126) were also updated to address the same regression.
