HexReader is a free, open-source Android app that lets Elixir developers browse and download Hex.pm package documentation for offline reading. It mirrors content from hexdocs.pm locally, supports searching any Hex.pm package by name, and includes a one-tap download for the official Elixir language docs. Built with Material 3 design, it requires Android 8.0 or higher. The APK and source code are available on GitHub.
