Framer lets you apply code to a layer that will override the layer’s props when it is displayed in the Preview window. In React, an override is what is known as a higher-order component. Parallax is an effect applied to content as it scrolls that creates the illusion of depth by moving background layers more slowly than layers in the foreground.
