<p>This title was the exact subject of my mail to management, when they kept telling me i’m a senior, should take responsibility and lead. i agree but problems is other dev’s don’t see you as a senior or lead unless you have a title. no matter how helpfull or hard working you are, for them you are just a exprience guy to whome no one listens. but i agree with what all you said hoping it works in new organization.</p>
