Epic Games has filed a lawsuit in North Carolina against former contractor Hayden Cohen, known online as 'AdiraFN,' for allegedly leaking unreleased Fortnite collaboration content on social media. Cohen, who had over 13,000 followers and worked as an associate producer, reportedly signed an NDA in September 2025 but began leaking content in January and February 2026, including unannounced collaborations with Minecraft, Game of Thrones, South Park, and Kingdom Hearts. Epic cut off his system access and sent a cease-and-desist letter, but claims he has not fully complied. The company is seeking charges of trade secret misappropriation, breach of contract, and violation of North Carolina's unfair competition law.
