Larry Hryb, formerly known as Major Nelson from his decade-long tenure at Xbox, has been appointed community development consultant at Commodore International Corporation. In this role, he will advise the executive team on preserving and expanding the global Commodore fan community. The company was acquired last year by retro YouTube creator Christian Simpson (Perifractic), who is now CEO and president. Hryb previously served as senior director of advocacy and community at Unity after leaving Xbox, but was laid off earlier this year.
