Laravel has released three distinct AI packages that serve different purposes. Laravel Boost is a dev-only tool that gives AI coding agents like Claude Code and Cursor up-to-date Laravel documentation and project context so they generate better, idiomatic code. Laravel MCP lets you build Model Context Protocol servers so external AI clients like ChatGPT or Claude can interact with your application's functionality. The three packages operate at different layers and can be used together: Boost for faster development, AI SDK for shipping AI features, and MCP for exposing your app to external AI tools.
