Laravel Cloud has introduced a Path Blocking feature that prevents hibernated applications from being woken up by bot traffic. Bots frequently probe common paths like wp-admin, .env, and .php files, which can trigger unnecessary wake events for sleeping apps. With Path Blocking enabled via Settings → Network → Edge Network Settings → Firewall, these requests are filtered out at the edge before they can wake the application.
