Tegaki is an open source npm library that animates any Google Font as handwriting, drawing text stroke by stroke with natural timing. It requires no manual path authoring or native dependencies. The library supports React, Svelte, Vue, SolidJS, Astro, Web Components, and Vanilla JS. Four handwriting fonts (Caveat, Italianno, Tangerine, Parisienne) are bundled, and an interactive generator allows creating custom bundles for other Google Fonts.

Being able to turn any Google Font into a handwriting-style animation without having to manually define paths sounds like a big win. This is especially true for developers who want something that looks cool without making things harder.
