Taste-Skill is a collection of SKILL.md instruction files that guide AI coding agents (Cursor, Claude Code, Codex, Copilot, Windsurf, etc.) to produce premium, non-generic frontend code. It offers multiple specialized variants: a general-purpose taste-skill, a stricter gpt-taste for GPT/Codex models, image-to-code-skill for image-first workflows, redesign-skill for improving existing UIs, and style-specific variants like soft-skill, minimalist-skill, and brutalist-skill. The default taste-skill includes three tunable parameters (DESIGN_VARIANCE, MOTION_INTENSITY, VISUAL_DENSITY) on a 1–10 scale. Skills are installed via a single npx command or by copying the SKILL.md file directly into a project. The system is framework-agnostic and works with React, Vue, Svelte, and others.
