ChatGPT is a tool. It can be used well or not. It works well for me.

“Reliance on AI can inhibit learning” TRUE ! I tried learning React using AI and found myself just asking it for code and copying it.
However AI can help with general knowledge and explaining certain concepts.

Thing with AI is that it can be an incredible assistant in learning. However, if you rely on it for answers then it can make you enormously lazy. AI is here to stay, and education needs to find new ways to test children. You could build homework around asking multi-step questions, that you can only answer through research.
In my opinion the most important skill to learn is how to do research and find information to answer questions. It will take some time but in the long run I think education will benefit hugely from AI. Test scores are also a bad measurement tool anyway in my opinion.
