While it’s good to see an open alternative, the article mentions that works on the native Galaxy are officially happening.
I guess annoying GOG about a Linux version by enough people on every survey finally paid off.😆 Yeah, I know, I know… At least I hope it contributed somewhat. 😋
The question now is: will GOG leave MiniGalaxy alone or will they try to pick a fight, since their own official client will be available? Really hope for the former, as Linux users are basically the audiance that is more interested in retro-gaming. MiniGalaxy’s existance is working in GOG’s favour.

It’s python. I’m not touching this with 6m stick. Yet another bloatware in an era where there’s much better alternative like Rust, Zig and maybe Golang (RAM hugger but at least it’s modern language with good concurrency model)
