This feels like a much healthier model for job matching. Treating developers as opt-in participants—rather than searchable inventory—addresses a lot of the friction and distrust around traditional job boards. Transparency around tech stack, compensation, and hiring managers is especially refreshing and respects developers’ time.

Looks really good and promising. I’m currently going through all of this, looking for a job, the feelings, the AI answers. 5 Years from the last time I’ve been “open to work” actively, the way that things works these days make you feel more stressed.
