tweakcn is a visual no-code editor designed for customizing shadcn/ui components with Tailwind CSS, offering beautiful theme presets and extensive customization. It is currently in beta with a feature roadmap available online. Requirements include Node.js 18+ and a package manager like npm. Contributions are welcome.
