Is UniFi CyberSecure Worth It?

UniFi CyberSecure is a $99/year security subscription that adds threat intelligence, content filtering, and phishing protection to UniFi gateways. The service uses Suricata for intrusion detection with enhanced signature databases from Proof Point, and recently added Cloudflare-powered content filtering with more granular category controls. Key features include protection against newly registered domains, malware sites, and DNS tunneling. While not a complete security solution, it provides reasonable value as an additional security layer for home users and small businesses using UniFi network equipment.
