I’ve seen videos talking about this.
It’s a big difference between where I live (Mexico) and, for example, Germany.
Currently, Mexico is one of the most; if not the most; country in which people work most hours yet get payed the least.
Also, it’s common for people that have to go to work even if they don’t feel well or something bad is going on in their personal life. That’s just the culture among many companies.
But in Germany is not like that, they respect your time and life. If you don’t feel well, you can just tell your boss and it’ll be okay to not work that day.

Depends on what you value imo, every American (USA) SWE i’ve met in Europe makes amounts of money that make my head spin so i wouldn’t mind working there tbh, it can be brutal but from what i’ve seen they’re very well compensated for it and i’m working 12 hour days anyways as it is.
If i’m suddently expected to set aside $200 a month in a fund for healthcare costs and am expected to work despite having the flu but in exchange get a $1000 monthly bonus, i’m taking that lol
