Is DevOps Just a Conspiracy?

What is DevOps, anyway? It’s been around for 15 years, and has grown into an industry - generating countless tools and quite a revenue. And yet, many people can’t answer the question with certainty. 

That’s why we’ve asked Baruch Sadogursky, Developer Relations at Gradle,  to explain DevOps at three levels of expertise. He shared with us why he things DevOps is a conspiracy created by Ops people to make developers work more!

I agree with his views on the “DevOps conspiracy”.
To me DevOps is first and foremost a philosophy, then a mindset, and then and only then a specific role.
I had the exact same discussions numerous times with my CTO &amp; Lead Solutions Architect (who is now a CTO) numerous time. Again - wonderful video.
