I recently came across YouTube shorts and posts on how 4chan had an extremely diverse community and people who used to do some cool stuff as well as horrific stuff.

When a video of a training camp of terrorists was leaked, they found out the exact coordinates and let the Russian Gov know about it. So what I’m wondering is are there still such web-based forums or places where cool stuff or masterminds lay and do some random stuff?
(Basically asking if you guys know some hidden places where [Illuminati] typa thingies happen).
