Iran's state-affiliated Tasnim news agency has published a list of 29 locations across Bahrain, Israel, Qatar, and the UAE housing facilities belonging to Amazon, Google, IBM, Microsoft, Nvidia, Oracle, and Palantir, designating them as legitimate retaliatory targets. The IRGC framed these as 'enemy technology infrastructure' in the context of expanding regional conflict into 'infrastructure warfare.' This follows Iran's claimed deliberate drone strikes on three AWS datacenters in the region the previous week, which disrupted multiple cloud providers and prompted disaster recovery advisories from Snowflake, Red Hat, and others. Iran's military command also warned of a 'painful response' to recent strikes on an Iranian bank.
