The Prometheus project has established a UX Research Working Group to address user experience pain points identified through research, including issues with onboarding, configuration, documentation, and interoperability. Inspired by a user study presented at PromCon 2025, the group will partner with maintainers to conduct user research, create UX artifacts, and provide usability recommendations. End users can participate in research studies, and new contributors are welcome to join via Slack, biweekly meetings, or GitHub.
