Introducing the new, Apple silicon powered M1 macOS larger runner for GitHub Actions

GitHub is releasing a public beta for the new, Apple silicon powered M1 macOS larger runner for GitHub Actions. The runner comes with GPU hardware acceleration enabled by default and can reduce build times by up to 80%. The transition to the M1 runner resulted in a 44% build time improvement for the iOS team. The new runner can be accessed by updating the YAML workflow label.
