The 120-minute multiple-choice exam covers platform engineering fundamentals, observability, security, continuous delivery, APIs, developer experience, and platform measurement. This community-driven certification validates skills for professionals who design and maintain cloud native platforms, with a more advanced CNPE certification already in development.
