Cloudflare introduces isitagentready.com, a tool that scores websites on how well they support AI agents across four dimensions: discoverability, content, bot access control, and capabilities. The tool checks for standards like robots.txt, sitemap.xml, Markdown content negotiation, Content Signals, MCP Server Cards, API Catalogs (RFC 9727), Web Bot Auth, and agentic commerce protocols. Cloudflare Radar now tracks adoption of these standards across the 200,000 most-visited domains — current adoption is low, with only 4% of sites using Content Signals and fewer than 15 sites implementing MCP Server Cards or API Catalogs. The post also details how Cloudflare overhauled its own developer documentation to be maximally agent-friendly: hierarchical llms.txt files per product directory, URL-based Markdown fallback via /index.md, hidden LLM directives in HTML pages, and AI redirects away from deprecated content. Benchmarks show agents using Cloudflare docs consumed 31% fewer tokens and answered questions 66% faster than average documentation sites.
