The WordPress Core team has announced its Team Reps for 2026. Amy Kamala will serve as Core Team Rep, with Jb Audras as co-lead. Amy brings a decade of web hosting and development experience and is sponsored by Elementor to contribute to WordPress. Jb is a WordPress Core Committer and CTO of Whodunit, having served in the role multiple times since 2020. The Team Rep role, established in 2012, is an administrative position focused on cross-team communication and facilitating weekly Dev Chat meetings, designed to rotate regularly.
