AWS has renamed AWS CodeStar Connections to AWS CodeConnections and introduced integration with third-party Git-based source providers. The name change is effective across various platforms, and existing connections will continue to work. However, the old APIs and SDK will not be available after April 2025. AWS CodeConnections is available in most regions where AWS CodePipeline is supported.
