A new tomcat-jakartaee-migration tool package is included to ease the transition, supporting both CLI-based migration and deploy-time conversion via a legacy app directory. For organizations needing more time, a temporary tomcat9 package provides Tomcat 9.0 support through November 2026 and until the RHEL 10.3 release. After that, users must complete migration to Tomcat 10.1 using dnf swap and update their application namespaces accordingly.
