Anthropic's Claude Opus 4.7 is now available in Amazon Bedrock, powered by a new inference engine with improved scheduling and scaling logic. Key improvements over Opus 4.6 include stronger agentic coding performance (64.3% on SWE-bench Pro, 87.6% on SWE-bench Verified), better knowledge work capabilities, enhanced long-running task handling over a 1M token context window, and high-resolution image support. The model is accessible via the Bedrock console, Anthropic Messages API, Converse API, and AWS CLI. Available in US East (N. Virginia), Asia Pacific (Tokyo), and two European regions, with up to 10,000 RPM per account available immediately.
