Amazon EC2 C6in instances are now available in Chicago and New York City Local Zones. These instances use 3rd Generation Intel Xeon Scalable processors, offer up to 200 Gbps of network bandwidth, and are x86-based, compute-optimized instances built on the AWS Nitro System. Local Zones enable applications requiring low latency and high performance, such as real-time gaming and financial services, to operate closer to major population centers.
