ABP Studio introduces ABP Agent, an AI coding assistant deeply integrated with the ABP Framework ecosystem. Unlike generic AI IDEs (Cursor, Claude Code, Windsurf), ABP Agent understands ABP-specific constructs like aggregate roots, repositories, application services, modules, and layers. It operates in three modes: Agent (implementation), Plan (read-only planning), and Ask (Q&A). Key differentiators include a structural solution analyzer that indexes ABP types, first-class build/run/migration operations without shell gymnastics, a Solution Runner for distributed .NET apps and Docker containers, live runtime telemetry (exceptions, logs, HTTP requests, distributed events), custom pre/post workflows for deterministic steps, and integrated Git/GitHub with ABP-aware AI code review. The full development loop from GitHub issue to pull request can happen entirely within ABP Studio. A roadmap includes debug mode, browser control, ABP Suite integration, and in-IDE PR creation.
