Account Abstraction (AA) has transformed Web3 UX by enabling users without EOA wallets to interact with DApps, pay gas in non-ETH tokens, and have gas fees sponsored by operators. The system relies on four components: Account Contract, Paymaster Contract, EntryPoint Contract, and Bundler. A key limitation is that account state (like nonce) differs per chain, making true cross-chain single accounts technically impossible. The emerging solution is Global AA and Intent AA, which sidesteps individual identity verification entirely and instead validates whether a given 'intent' has been authorized by the AA contract, enabling a seamless cross-chain UX illusion.
