Intel Is Making It Easier In Linux 7.0 To Monitor Energy Use For A Group Of Tasks

Linux 7.0 includes Intel's improvements to the Resource Control (resctrl) subsystem, enabling telemetry monitoring to track energy consumption and work attribution for groups of tasks under a single identifier. The changes involve refactoring of resctrl domains handling code and were contributed by Tony Luck.
