Intel Compute Runtime Promotes Support For Wildcat Lake, "Early" Crescent Island

Intel Compute Runtime 26.14.37833.4 has been released, promoting Wildcat Lake (Core Series 3 cut-down Panther Lake SoCs) from pre-release to production support. Crescent Island AI accelerator support moves from experimental to early support. The release also adds Level Zero 1.15 support, enables staging buffers on Xe3P hardware, activates the InternalHeap pool allocator, enables USM host pool manager in OpenCL, enables shared system USM by default for Battlemage, sets huge graphics chunk size to 256MB for better performance, and applies 2MB alignment to all local memory allocations.
