Tailscale has launched a generally available integration with Huntress, an endpoint detection and response (EDR) solution. The integration allows Huntress device posture attributes—such as Microsoft Defender Antivirus status, policy compliance state, and host firewall status—to be used directly in Tailscale access policies. Posture checks are synchronized on a recurring schedule, enabling automatic access policy adjustments when endpoint security state changes, without manual intervention. This closes the gap between endpoint risk detection and access enforcement, reducing lateral movement risk. The integration is available now for Enterprise customers.
