Ollama now integrates with Claude Desktop, allowing users to use Ollama Cloud models within Claude Desktop on macOS and Windows. After setup with an Ollama API key, Claude Desktop automatically discovers available Ollama Cloud models. These models work inside Claude Cowork and Claude Code within the app. The integration supports automatic model discovery, subagents, and using the same cloud models across both Claude Cowork and Claude Code. Web search and extensions are not yet supported.
