If we’re being honest…
What’s the point of documenting your journey in coding and tech if the first reaction is, “This is AI-generated”?
That mindset shuts down conversation before it even starts.
Here’s the reality:
Some of us are learning in real time.
Some of us are experimenting with React, C++, HTML, JavaScript, AI tools, the list goes on.
Some of us are building, failing, rebuilding, and sharing the process openly.
Not everyone sharing knowledge is pretending to be a 20-year senior developer.
Constructive criticism? That’s valuable.
Pointing out flaws? That’s how we grow.
But defaulting to “this must be AI” without engaging the actual ideas? That doesn’t build a stronger dev community.
Senior developers learned in an era without AI tools. That’s respectable.
New developers are learning in an era with AI tools. That’s reality.
The tools changed. The effort didn’t.
So here’s the real question I want honest answers to:
Why do people automatically assume a newer coder’s post is AI-generated instead of just engaging with the ideas?
Is it writing style?
Is it depth?
Is it bias against AI-assisted workflows?
Or something else?
If we want stronger developers, we need stronger conversations not automatic dismissal.

It is because it is very obvious the post is AI generated, just like yours. Even if the message is true how you pass it matters as well. I refuse to read AI generated articles because 99% of the time (source: me), the author didn’t even take the time to refine the output, tweak it, make it seem genuine, a little bit human. Let’s take yours : reading it does not make me feel like reading someones thoughts, it makes me feel… nothing. Not angry not happy. Just meh. Its just empty words on a screen.
