ICEYE, the Helsinki-based synthetic-aperture-radar satellite operator, has secured a €300M three-year revolving credit facility led by Citi and Danske Bank through a seven-bank syndicate. The facility will back customer contract guarantees, fund operating growth, and serve as a liquidity backstop. It builds on a €150M Series E round closed in December 2024 and a €158M Finnish Defence Forces satellite supply contract. The move positions ICEYE to compete for growing European and Asia-Pacific sovereign satellite-intelligence procurement, driven in part by Europe's push for independent intelligence capabilities following the US pause on Ukraine intelligence-sharing. ICEYE doubled in size in 2025 and expects similar growth in 2026.
