Iceotope, a British precision-liquid-cooling company, has closed a $26 million Series B round led by Two Seas Capital and Barclays Climate Ventures. The funding targets expansion of its product line and patent portfolio as AI rack power densities approach and exceed 1 MW — beyond what air cooling or direct-to-chip liquid loops can handle. Iceotope's chassis-based approach circulates dielectric fluid directly around server components in a sealed chassis, eliminating fans, hot aisles, and water-intensive cooling towers. SemiAnalysis projects liquid-cooled AI accelerator capacity will grow from 3 GW to 40 GW within two years. The company competes with LiquidStack, Submer, JetCool, GRC, and Asperitas, differentiating via chassis-level deployment and a 219-patent portfolio. Cumulative disclosed funding now exceeds $80 million.
