In 2021, our team won third place in the second track of the iDASH workshop challenge on healthcare data privacy. Our solution classified 2000 viruses in less than 1 second with more than 99% accuracy. The DNA sequences were encoded and encrypted using the client’s key, with each team providing software that simulated the client.
