I was wrong

A live coding session where the author works on a parser generator written in Zig, intended to parse ABNF (Augmented Backus-Naur Form) grammars for a SIP client project. The session covers implementing repetition/optional rules, fixing pointer invalidation bugs caused by ArrayList reallocation, and successfully parsing sequences of digits and comments. By the end, the author concludes the parser generator approach is more complex than it's worth and decides to abandon it in favor of hand-writing the parser code, framing the experience as a valuable negative result.
