why dont people just use the standard context provider from react, you can still subscribe to changes on the states inside.

From someone who actually used it in a project, it sounds like a paid content. This state management is the hardest and most complex one I ever user. Perhaps they improved in the past 2 years, but definitely not friendly for typescript, and way over engineered.
