I'm a huge Zed fan

Having used the JetBrains suite for quite some time, I am shocked at how good Zed is. Some things are taking some learning, but holy carp is it good. I wish my company would let me use the integrated AI stuff.

I tried to switch to zed but they have issues with remote ssh sessions. For example, I connected using zed to a remote desktop, opened a simple hello world C++ project. Tried to debug it with gdb using zed internal debugger fails. When I do the debug process on
the same project but now in local, it works.
Also, i created a simple task in zed to run in locally and remote. Guess what? local works, remote does not.
So it seems they have issues passing commands to a remote session from the IDE.
All tests (debug and tasks) work without any issues on vscode both on local and remote machines. I want to switch (zed is awesome), but this remote commands issue is a no go for now.
