The main problem in software development is not machines, but developers' mental capacity. It allows you to copy bad design decisions or vulnerable code from other people. When the internet will go down, we won't be able to work, but, I don't think that it is a big problem. Hopefully, we can still automate it.

I think you don’t become a Ninja black belt overnight, and people are not born masters.
I rather think it’s a mix of factors:
1 - Not all Devs spend their free time trying to improve their knowledge or practice their skills.
2 - Not everyone has a Black Belt Coding Master that points out their mistakes while working.
3 - I agree, people usually do not double check their work before submitting it, or simply do not care about ways to improve it.
4 - MOST IMPORTANT // Consistency!! You have to push yourself to be better day by day.
You may be born with a Ninja Master Mindset, but developing the Coding Master’s Skills is a matter of time, struggle and perseverance.
