Hyprland 0.55 has been released, completing the transition to Lua-based configuration. Key additions include a Layout API allowing users to define custom window layouts globally, per-workspace, or per-monitor. The release also brings ICC display profile support per-output, scrolling improvements, FP16 precision for rendering, and improved color management pipelines. Backward compatibility with older configurations will be maintained for a few releases.
