HTMX, Raku and Pico CSS

I’ve been searching for something like this for a while. Pico CSS not only helps style the site but also encourages writing semantic HTML, which I believe brings many benefits.

I dont know why Tailwind seems so popular in HTMX because it makes the HTML so much bigger. We use bootstrap because we already know it but also because its smaller. We looked a Tailwind but when I saw the long classes it didn’t make sense.
I like PicoCSS but feel bootstrap is going to be more mature
