The HTML Invoker Commands API now has baseline support across Chrome, Firefox, and Safari, enabling developers to create interactive button controls for popovers and dialogs without JavaScript. Using the commandfor and command attributes, developers can declaratively control UI elements like popovers (toggle-popover, show-popover, hide-popover) and dialogs (show-modal, close). The API also supports custom commands prefixed with two dashes.
