Great article.
This is an interesting topic, however, I think the success of this approach also relies on the discipline and time management capabilities of developers in general as well.
It’s a great approach but I fear that trying it out with a team whose skills on the aforementioned front are scarce might not turn out so well.
Still, it would be great to give it a shot at some point down the road.
