UKG built People Fabric, a unified data and intelligence platform powered by Google's AlloyDB for PostgreSQL and the Agentic Data Cloud. Facing 126 application teams, dozens of tech stacks, and over 12,000 database instances from acquisitions, UKG created a canonical data model and a custom CDC pipeline to stream changes into AlloyDB in real time. This foundation enables millisecond read-after-write queries, vector search for natural-language experiences, and AI agents that can reason across HR, payroll, and timekeeping data simultaneously. Over 1,000 organizations are already on the platform, with migration savings funding half of the project's cost.
