I guess most of the developers would install as an extension to VsCode like free-to-use tool Codeium instead of running it locally. Which means most of us will wait till it came as an extension. However consider that there is huge amount of website traffic to DeepSeek and looks like Deepseek will continue getting giant traffic to their gateway which can mostly cause interruptions. Therefore, If you guys have any laptop/pc that you are not using, you can setup locally and run it on your internet.
