<p>This is a genuinely great article, however I find that sometimes the whole problem starts with a lack of self reflection. I think many people rely on outside feedback only. And that can be a closed loop.</p>
<p>You lack confidence because you don’t feel like your micro-wins are valuable, because you don’t reflect honestly and no external feedback was given. But you won’t get external feedback automatically, as you didn’t have enough confidence to build visibility.</p>
<p>So I think the 0th step is: “You need to care”. And if you do, you can actively reflect on yourself or ask for feedback.</p>
